Choose a visit
Select your service and a time window, then share the brand and model of your automatic litter box so we can arrive prepared.
We come to you
There is no machine to pack into a car or drop off. We bring the equipment, model-appropriate products, and a fresh carbon filter.
We take it apart
The globe or chamber, drawer, hopper, sensors, seals, and other accessible components are handled according to the boundaries of your model.
We clean and dry
Litter, hair, dust, and odor-causing residue are removed from visible and hidden areas. Washable parts are completely dried.
We reassemble and test
Your machine is put back together carefully, fitted with its fresh filter, and run through a function check before the visit is complete.
Very little prep is needed
Do not clean or disassemble the machine for us. We want to see its normal condition and handle the teardown ourselves. Just make sure we can reach the unit and an appropriate work area.
- Keep your cat in a comfortable room away from the work area during the appointment.
- Share any access, parking, or building instructions when your visit is confirmed.
- Tell us about error messages, unusual noises, leaks, or recurring odor so we can pay close attention to those areas.
More than a surface wipe

We leave the unit reassembled and function tested, then recommend a realistic next-clean window based on its condition, model, cat count, litter, and use. A one-time Deep Clean can stay one-time.
