We use model-appropriate disassembly and cleaning for the globe or chamber, base, waste drawer, hopper, sensors, and seals; remove litter, hair, dust, and odor-causing residue; install a fresh carbon filter; clean the surrounding mat and floor area; completely dry washable parts; then reassemble and run a function test.

No. We bring the equipment and products needed for the visit and handle the teardown ourselves. We only need clear access to the machine and a practical place to work.

Being home is preferred but not required as long as we have confirmed access to the litter box and working area before the appointment.

We work carefully around cats, separate washable components from electronics, use model-appropriate products, clean reusable tools between homes, completely dry washable parts, and function test the unit after reassembly.

No. The Deep Clean is a one-time service. Optional Reserve Quarterly maintenance becomes available only after a completed Deep Clean.
