LitterReserve is committed to providing a website and booking experience that is usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our current technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are working toward that target as part of an ongoing process.
What we are doing
Our accessibility work includes:
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus;
- using headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages to clarify page structure and interactions;
- reviewing text contrast, motion preferences, forms, menus, and booking dialogs; and
- reviewing accessibility when we make significant website changes.
Current scope and limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and website content and services can change over time. Automated checks can identify some issues, but they do not establish full conformance on their own. Some booking steps also hand off to Stripe-hosted Checkout, which is operated by Stripe.
If any part of the site, booking flow, or Stripe-hosted Checkout is difficult to use, please contact us. We can help complete a booking or provide the same information through another practical method when possible.

We welcome accessibility feedback. It is helpful to include the page or feature involved, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. You do not need to disclose a disability.
